The Guardian series of photo sensors are made to automatically turn on LED lights at sunset and turn them off at sunrise. The setting is pre-set to turn on the LED light as soon as low incandescent light level is sensed by the sensor. Light brightness will increase as ambient light level decreases, until full brightness is achieved when it becomes totally dark.

There are models that can be mounted on posts, on the toe kicks, in junction boxes on walls for a very appealing look that could hide what the item is for. The most common flange mount models come in various sizes and current capacity run from 1 amp up to 13 amps on some models. Most models are weatherproof for out door applications.

Installation can be in any material, for any type of vehicle, in rooms of any size, in cabinets, in display cases, in water features, for shelf and plant lighting, for walkway lights, for driveway lights, and even for lighting up sculptures and other art objects. Guardian Opto Switches are made to work with the Sintralights, the Acrylites, the LED Clusters, the Ice Pucks, the Ice Panels, the Channel letter LED Modules, with most of the other 12vdc products we stock, and any custom made 24vdc product.

Indoor Wall Plate Mount 12v. 4 amp and 7 amp models for indoor use only. The 7 amp model has an "override" switch and red LED indicator.
