New LED Lights - An update on stock status LED filament lamps and new 75 watt equivalent LED light bulbs

Brighter, smaller, more efficient LED medium base bulbs are now in stock

led filament lampsST19 led filament lampsTen days ago, we introduced the new LED filament lamps with a traditional incandescent look and feel. They are now in stock, as well as an ST19 LED lamp with clear amber glass. If you already have a pendant or other light fixture with a lot of clear glass that takes A19 LED bulbs, or are thinking of purchasing one, one of these two medium base LED bulbs will look absolutely stunning in it. The appearance of a LED light bulb has everything to do with managing the heat sinking. Heat is public enemy number one to an LED, and until recently, we had to sacrifice looks for energy savings. Not any longer.

Also in stock, our new 75 watt equivalent omni directional LED light bulbs. As with the LED filament lamps, these new LED lights are UL approved for totally enclosed fixtures and are damp location rated as well. Clean, all white appearance with no chunky heat sink or remote phosphor orange halo, they look just as nice when the light is off as when it is on. And of course, they are dimmable. This new omni directional LED bulb has a 300 degree output. If you're not sure what that means, see our explanation of what omni directional and beam angle mean.

I mentioned 'remote phosphor' above. The remote phosphor LED bulbs produce a very nice light output. Down side is that they are big, heavy, and not too pretty when not lit. They're fine in a fixture or under a shade where you won't actually see the bulb. Think in terms of a pendant with less translucent or opaque glass or a floor lamp with a deep shade. We have some of these remaining in stock and would like to move them out to make room for the newer bulbs. So if you're bargain shopping today, check out these items ( remote phosphors ) and (75-100W omnidirectionals ) and get them while the getting is good. Keep your eye on our specials page and our bargain basement page, as we'll be discontinuing several other LED bulbs in favor of smaller, more efficient bulbs. And don't be shy about asking for a deal. Email us a list of bulbs you need and we'll see about making a deal with you for all remaining on these items we are motivated to move.

Thank you as always for coming to TheLEDLight.com for your lighting needs. We appreciate your business.
