Restocking charge will be waived on merchandise returned in original, undamaged packaging in unused condition if you are exchanging for an item of equal or greater value. A 17% restocking charge applies if the packaging is mutilated and/or if the product has obviously been mauled and will have to be reduced on our clearance page. You know if you mauled it.
