  • Individual LED's, reflectors and products purchased on closeout are not returnable.
  • DO NOT return merchandise in envelopes. If you do, you're at your own risk. A box is required. Credit will not be given for merchandise which arrives here in damaged condition due to flimsy or improper packaging.
  • Spent batteries and abuse are not covered by warranty! A good percentage of so-called defects turn out to be one of the above. So please check the obvious before making a warranty claim.

Describe defect. Please be specific. Please be sure you have followed operating instructions and have checked for dead batteries before returning items. A good percentage of so-called defective returns are one of the above.

Send the item prepaid IN A BOX to prevent damage in transit. Credit will not be issued for items shipped to us in envelopes or other flimsy packaging which arrive damaged. You're at your own risk if you do this.

Use your browser's print function now to print a copy of this form to enclose in the BOX with your return. Then click "submit" below. We will reply to you by e-mail within one business day if the item is discontinued or can not for some reason be replaced.

You will be responsible for shipping charges on the replacement goods. You will also be responsible for retail cost of batteries if it turns out that's all that's wrong with your light. Sounds silly, but it's a very common problem! Another common problem is batteries inserted improperly. Please check!
