Send the item IN A BOX to prevent damage in transit. Credit will not be issued for items shipped to us in envelopes or other flimsy packaging which arrive damaged.

Please note that spent batteries are not covered. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have checked the light with fresh batteries and have also read the battery installation instructions.
