Warranty and Return Policy

Our LED Flashlights are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers everything except batteries and abuse except as noted elsewhere on the specific web page. There is a difference between "water resistant" and "waterproof", so please, if your flashlight is "water resistant" and it gets *really wet*, dry it out properly as per the instructions that come with your light. Using Lithium or Ultra batteries voids your warranty if used with certain products such as the Trek 4, Avalanche Headlamp, PLW series flashlights and PR replacement bulbs.

LED fixtures and assemblies are covered by a 1 Year Warranty.

Our solar panels are warranted for 10 years, the fan motors for 2 years, and the LED lights, batteries, controls in the power stations are covered by a one year warranty.

Exceptions are: goods that have been modified by the user, subjected to extreme temperatures, used in a way not intended by the manufacturer or overpowered/wrongfully powered, or "water resistant" lights being rusted by prolonged exposure to moisture without the user drying the light out. Waterproof and water-resistant are two different things. Some lights (like Expeditions and Trek's) require periodic user maintenance (lubricate O Rings, etc). Please refer to your product's packaging.

We will repair or replace any item you find to be defective.
