We are also very happy to announce that the Luxeon Star LEDs are finally here! The Star LED with Optics is available in red, green and amber. The white and blue Star LED with Optics is due in a week or so. But, we also have the white Star LED Emitter for those who are into OEM projects or for the experienced hobbyist/do-it-your-selfers to build arrays in a tight knitted form. The Star LED is bare bones but mounted to a hexagonal base, as shown above. The Star LED w/Optics comes with the PMMA secondary optics, 1st image above, that is being used in several brands of flashlights. These will be the only types we will stock, and in limited amounts until Luxeon can ramp up to produce larger quantities.

Please review all technical data sheets before you order the Luxeons! There will be NO warranty of any kind other than for defects found upon receipt of shipment. If you are not sure how to work with these super LEDs, or have doubts of any kind, please do not order them! The only assistance we can provide will be the links to the technical pages and to support at Luxeon.

If an operational problem arises, you're still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, most of which have limited lifetime replacement policies, exceptions being batteries or abuse. Lots of great deals for the bargain hunters.
