99.9% of the time, orders ship on time and are completely trouble free, but let's face it. Human beings produce our products. We have no infallible robots to do our picking, packing and shipping labels. A human being inputs information to the website. Human beings from Fedex and the US Postal service pick up and deliver our packages. And human beings sometimes shop online at our LED light store without assistance. When we add the human factor to an otherwise perfect world, we can expect that every now and then, some sort of problem will arise. When and if it does, we do what we need to do and make it right for you.
