link cordsWhat exactly does linkable mean? Link cords in various lengths have a male and female plug on either end. No soldering, no tedious connections. Just plug one strip into the next.

modular junction boxEven the junction box on the line voltage version has a modular connection point. Simply plug the last male connector into the female port of the junction box. There is a knock-out (not shown) on the other wide which connects to your 120VAC input wiring. When you are replacing existing fluorescent lights for example, the line voltage option makes little work out of what could be a big job.

dimensionsOur line voltage linkable LED under cabinet lights are 7/8" thick. So you will want to measure your cabinet lip to make sure these are not actually too think for your particular cabinets. If they are, fret not. Read on for a lower profile LED under cabinet lighting solution. Thickness doesn't always matter, and with lengths from 9 to 45 inches long, these are a shoe in for long runs of lighting over cabinets to highlight the wall and texture above the cabinets. They are dimmable with a standard household dimmer so you can change your light levels for ambiance or utility as your needs arise.

angled mounting clipsWhen you have the need for a lower profile LED under cabinet light, consider our low voltage linkable LED bars. These 12" LED bars have a unique mounting option. You can easily attach the bars at a 0 degree angle or a 45 degree angle. Shine the light completely downward, or tilt it outward to throw more light onto the surface.

low voltage transformerWhen using low voltage LED lighting, you will need an AC-DC transformer in order to convert your 120VAC household current down to 24 VDC. As with the line voltage product above, everything is completely modular. The transformer simply plugs into the end of the last LED bar in your run. A standard 3 prong plug (not shown) plugs into a standard household outlet. Dimming can be accomplished with a low voltage dimmer.

These bars are only 0.67" thick, making them easier to tuck under cabinets with more shallow lips. An electric an can install an outlet for you just about anywhere, making it easy to place the transformer out of site.
