Special Order LED Lighting - Commercial LED Strip Lights for Industrial LED Lighting

Commercial, industrial and OEM customers, we understand that you often have special needs such as custom length or a specific input voltage. When you see a product at TheLEDLight.com that almost fits the bill, but not quite, don't click off the web page with a deep sigh. In sufficient quantity, we can change that 'almost' to 'perfect' and that deep sigh into one of relief.

Take for example our waterproof rigid LED strips. 1/2 meter long with an input voltage of 12VDC and an IP67 rating, they fit a number of commercial LED lighting applications just as they are. Male and female waterproof connectors as well as adjustable mounting brackets make installation in a damp or wet environment easy and adaptable to your directional lighting needs. But what if you need a longer or shorter length, different color temperature, or 24VDC input voltage? We can accomplish all of that for you in a relatively short production time. A number of our commercial customers have taken advantage of these types of modifications and you can too.

Waterproof flexible LED strip is another product which commercial and industrial users find 'almost perfect'. The challenge arises when a customer doesn't need to use a full reel and must cut and waterproof connections. The special waterproof lighting assembly shown here has six inches of waterproof flexible LED strip and 20 feet of cable. All of the waterproof connections are done by the factory, assuring the integrity of power connections. Given the cost of wire, waterproofing materials and labor, this industrial LED lighting company in the USA will save quite a bit by having all of this done at our factory. What started as a tedious, expensive, time consuming chore, has ended in a simple plug and play operation for the production team.

As an aside, flexible LED strips are available in many different colors, LED type (5050, 3528, 3014), single and double row, different LED densities, flat or directional, and waterproof or non- waterproof. We've just recently become aware that some online LED 'upstart' retailers are selling some types of these strips at upwards of $160/reel. Ouch!! If you have special needs, chances are very good that we can fulfill those needs at a very reasonable price and without the ouch of additional special order costs. We place a factory production order about once a month. As long as your special order LED lighting products ship at the same time as our factory order, you won't have added shipping costs which could otherwise play a large role in final cost of the product. Therefore, we ask that you please allow sufficient time to evaluate and test stock goods and/or order samples so the timing of your special order LED lighting can be done most efficiently and economically.
