AU12A LED Drivers
Designed for use with automotive, marine and solar lead acid type 12VDC batteries (13.6-14.4 V DC). Most LED fixtures, arrays and boards require a true 12.0VDC power supply to operate properly and will overheat or fail when used with unstable higher voltages like autos and boats which are powered by an alternator which produces AC noise, ripple and unstable surges. Battery voltage changes constantly as a result.
AU12A LED Driver offers a low cost practical solution via a driver that combines a current restriction with a voltage window comparator to keep a stable 12.0VDC output while maintaining current needs of various types of LED fixtures from 10mA to 800mA or multiple LED fixtures in parallel. Noise filtration adds a nice touch for long life LED operation. Intended for use with LED products only.
