All quotes are done in writing, either by email or fax. You can use our "Call Me Back" service if you wish. FAQ On Website Published Price Breaks:
Q) If I buy one now to test, and then want to buy the additional quantity to make up the difference, will you give me credit for the one I am buying now at a higher price?
A) Yes. As long as it is within 14 days of your original purchase. We encourage you to place a small sample order first to make sure you like the item and intend to go forward with a quantity purchase.
Q) If I buy at a volume price, and then decide to return some of the items, how does that affect the price?
A) Quantity breaks are for the quantity you actually purchase. If you return some of the items, credit will be issued to you. However, the overall price will be adjusted to the individual piece price listed on the website.
Q) I want 14 and your quantity break is 12. Will I have to pay the individual piece price for the two extra?
A) No. Go ahead and add the extra pieces using the individual price button. When you shop on our website, your card is not billed instantly. We will adjust the charge to your credit card, and charge you the lower price for all pieces purchased. A revised receipt will be e-mailed to you.
Q) Hey! I'm an existing dealer of yours or have a current price quote. Has my pricing changed?
A) No. If you have a negotiated price with us, it remains in effect unless we notify you of a price change prior to completing your order.
Q) How many pieces do I have to buy before I can get an additional discount?
A) That depends on the item. As stated above, we will consider an additional discount for substantial orders. Contact us and let's discuss your needs.
