The SD-1001 Compact Flasher is a compact/pocket type flasher that is 7"
shorter than the standard 3 red LED Traffic Baton. The SD-1001 Compact Flasher
can be used for directing foot and vehicle traffic on roadways, at conventions
or similar gatherings with it's deep red flashing LEDs. When the magnets are used,
they become a stationary warning light for dangerous areas such as a parked car
requesting emergency assistance, used to warn of dangerous areas, as an "indicator"
light to mark off unsafe areas or roadside hazards, etc. The flashlight comes
in handy when you need a white light for clear vision of a situation or object.
Excellent choice for car glove box, in gear bags, in emergency kits, and in purses
for nighttime workers.
The body and clear lens is made of ABS high strength plastic. 4 Foot drop
test on hard surface produced no damage, not even when thrown against a solid
wall. Water Resistant only. (Will float in water and work but water will
leak into the battery compartment in about an hour.) 9 super-bright flashing
red LEDs used for warning , 3 rows in 3 different directions to ensure they can
be clearly seen from different directions 3 white super-bright LEDs at the
top for use as a flashlight 3 magnets fixed in the bottom of the flashlight
for attaching to metal surfaces. Red LEDs: 9 pcs, 1500---2000mcd each; can
be seen from 200m away for red LEDs White LEDs: 3pcs, 10000-12000mcd each;
white LEDs project about 10m. Life-span of 4 AA batteries: red flashing light
